      Pros

      The company feels very familial. The industry values long-term relationship and a win-win solutions. The company has tolerance on making mistakes.

      Cons

      The compensation and benefit is not so good. It's basic and probably a little bit below the market average. There is a bonus but no 13th month or profit sharing. There days-off is also only 20 days (government mandatory). So not amazing in any sort of the imagination.

      Awesome bikes. Never got tired of receiving a new, cutting edge sample.

      Cons

      Not the most organized company. As a remote account manager, this job is ideal for a self motivated worker who will overlook some of the company's weaknesses and focus on excellent dealer service and promoting the terrific products that the company produces.
