Thank you for the review and feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to provide suggestions for ways that we can boost morale. We are always looking for new ways to bring our employees together, to show them support and gratitude.
We are taking your feedback and addressing all the areas that we may have missed in delivering a supportive network for you. All employees have access to our copy centers and workstations in each location, and each workstation is equipped with a computer, a connection to a printer, and a telephone. The workstations are there for the employee’s convenience and to prevent un-necessary accrued costs at home. In addition, throughout the year, TSS employees receive 20 hours of paid training, and they are able to choose from a topic or training that interests them. In our York office, the BHRS Coordinator supports our “Open Door Policy,” and even has a comment box for employees to share additional suggestions or concerns. We have also begun organizing additional company events to show support for all of our employees.
