False promises they say you strt off making 52,000 a year that is bull your lucking if you make 30,000 ur first year No time off, no recognition for hard work, company always finds ways to take hard earned money they you have worked your butt off for. When you come to management my supervisor was awesome at the time but uppper management NEEDS work be prepared for the following : to work in all weather conditions Have no home time or family time Live your life and do all things you need to get done plus family time all in the 1 day you are off Work your fingers to the bone to make the same as someone flipping burgers part time Fill your own vehicle up with fuel and have the company send you all over town and when you ask for a closer route instead of driving 30 miles between jobs they snicker and say sorry but it's your job not thi king thats your fuel and your vehicle you are tearing up Don't waste your time with this company if you are looking to install Comcast go in-house so you will get benefits and a company vehicle that the company actually pays for because for I left Pooles started introducing "company vehicles" except you still had to put gas in it and they took 15% of your pay-check each week to pay for it
