Pros
Good start for freshers who love to learn work and enjoy co-activities. Everyone is friendly over here. First phase is bit tough since you are new to this technology, but after learning, I can say you will start loving your job. QA QC are there. It's just to make sure what you are doing is correct or not and to ensure the quality of the company. The important thing is you have to take this in a positive way other than thinking about your mistakes. When we join here, we are actually babies...so QA's, trainer's are our parents.. They can correct us if we do mistake.. :) You should always learn from your mistakes instead of blaming others. I must say Poornam will make you a better person in all aspects. This is actually a second home if you can make good friends over there. Other than work, here we have further activities, arts,sports,indoor games etc so that you can use them during free hours. It actually make your mind free. I am not sure why reviews about poornam is so bad.. May b the one who post don't have a good knowledge level, they might have struggled and failed to learn in this platform. If you can really do hardwork and would love to learn, then this is a place for you. You must be flexible to be in any situations since you will be working in team. Adaptability is must.
Cons
This is a 24/7 company. So you will have to work for Saturday,Sunday too. Leaves are less that's actual problem. I felt this initially, but once I got a good bunch of friends over here.. I loved staying here other than going home:) This is place where everyone gives value to relationships :)
