Pros
Sudshare is so flexible! You can establish your own hours. You can use your creativity when packaging/writing notes to your customers. You can choose the area you work in. AND you meet the nicest people while working!! I cannot recommend working for Sudshare enough. They are truly a great company.
Cons
I wouldn't consider this a con for me but for some it may be - you need to be able to manage your time wisely!
