Pros
Poppy's growth is impressive in a time when banks are consolidating. Leadership is heavily involved in the day-to-day tasks and not just oversight. They ask employees what would cause them to leave and what could be done to keep them here, so it appears they take the answers to heart and want to increase the longevity of employees by creating and offering more training for branch employees. The CEO and other executives are very approachable and generous with their time, heavily differing from other local institutions.
Cons
The fast growth means that sometimes processes and procedures are muddy and unclear and leave room for too much interpretation and too much miscommunication, sending an email with an updated change isn't enough, there needs to be checking for understanding and a place where the updates can live to be referred back to by employees.
