A great place for people who really care about our cause - believing in our mission is really important. Feel lucky to work here especially after seeing jobs and organizations collapse last year and that we can stay focused on our work. Benefits and salaries are good and there are new big donor programs. Happy with the leaders and the people on my team.

Small teams so there isn't a lot there to spread the work around and our work is always under attack so this can be stressful.
