Pros
The only reason I took this job is because it was a contract position at my dream company, doing amazing job duties.
Cons
- No 401K match - No PTO - No paid holidays (and the Friday before Memorial Day & Labor day is unpaid) - Very expensive health insurance. I paid $420 a month for just myself. I never have a co-pay… but still. Ridiculous price.
