Pros

- Rapid Scaling and Advancement: Tons of room to grow quickly with a heavy focus on promoting from within. Leadership invests in your development and continued upskilling through regular internal enablement and sponsoring education opportunities. - Cutting-Edge Tech and Creativity: Opportunities to build with the latest technology in an environment that actively encourages and recognizes creative thinking. - High-Energy, Collaborative Culture: Fast-paced, supportive, and genuinely fun culture with great people and an awesome office vibe (hybrid model for attendance).

Cons

- Intensity and Fluidity: The fast-paced startup nature means things move a mile a minute. Strategy and goals shift regularly, which is exciting for some but might not fit for those who prefer strict structure and predictability.

Pros

The people here are the real deal. The team culture is collaborative, supportive, and driven. You're surrounded by smart people who actually care about each other and ready to help. I work closely with multiple teams and the cross-functional relationships feel natural and genuine. The product itself is exciting to work on, which makes a big difference day to day. I'd recommend Port.io to anyone, especially who want to work on a meaningful product with a team that has your back.

Cons

Honestly, none- things have been smooth overall.

Pros

I love working at Port! It embodies everything I love about being at a startup. Every action from each team member has an immediate impact, and I truly feel like I can move the needle. I feel seen, trusted, and appreciated. I really enjoy my teammates and the company culture. Yes, not everything is planned out 6 months in advance, and sometimes priorities change and you need to adapt. But so does the market. At Port, I feel we’re agile and able to respond quickly rather than getting stuck in bureaucracy. Leadership is a message away and welcomes every employee's ideas and feedback. I don’t think many employees can say they have that level of access and direct communication at other places. It’s one of the things that makes Port such a special place to work.

Cons

I think working on a fast paced startup is not for everyone. Hours can be longer than your typical 9-5 and processes are still not fully mapped out. Can be frustrating but also can give you a chance to help map them out and have an impact.

"I feel seen, trusted, and appreciated" - that's exacly the culture we work hard to build every day. The chaos that comes with growing fast is real, and we know it, happy it feels like opportunity rather than something negative. Zohar (CEO)
