Pros
Portakabin pay well above other competitors for this industry, and they offer lots of opportunities for extra qualifications and certifications for the CV. This positions also allows alot of UK travel, and vast hands on experience in the construction industry.
Cons
Very little growth for projects positions. There is no senior positions, only straight to manager which is a colossal jump. Also very difficult for get wage raises after completing new qualifications that allow more responsibility, as these are seen as 'required' from the beginning.
