-As a new hire with little experience, you are expected to have the knowledge of an experienced staff accountant. With that being said, this company hires and misleads new grads for tax season, then a month after tax day, they start letting a few people go at a time.
-Don't be fooled by the modern office look, the backbone of this company is archaic and FAR from women friendly.
-Upper management is stuck in their old ways and the majority of them are extremely aggressive, especially the women.
-I have never worked for a company whose "bosses" speak so poorly about other employees while in THE SAME OFFICE and others can clearly hear what they are saying about them.
-Lack of communication, coaching, and teaching
