The leather products are genuinely well-made, and the office location was decent.

- Every six to nine months, people from above would redesign the entire department structure, disrupting work schedules and requiring everyone to reshuffle without clear explanation of what problem was being solved - Multiple reorganizations happened in quick succession, each one promised to improve communication and efficiency but somehow none of the underlying issues ever actually changed - By the third or fourth restructure, it became clear that no one at the top had a coherent plan, they were just rearranging pieces and hoping something would work differently - Reporting structures shifted so many times that I could not maintain consistent relationships with my team or understand who was actually responsible for what - The constant disruption meant that actual work kept getting delayed or forgotten because everyone was focused on the logistics of yet another reorganization
