- meals provided when OT (at beginning of OT. no more towards the end coz of budget constraints)

Cons

- 2 month-long hiring process - No proper ToT/onboarding process - Asked to 'run' once hired coz project was nearing its deadline. project also exceed deadline - OT cutoff for 5 hours only but was expected to work for more hours for free. when asked about it, replied with 'what can we do...' - little to no support from team members - mostly just 1 race

Cons

Parking: Since this perk is exclusive to permanent employees, interns are not able to claim free parking. This could be a problem for interns who commute by car. ii. Food Options: Employees must walk outside or rely on delivery services for meals because the company does not have in-house canteen or food outlets. iii. Documentation in Customer Care: Employees, especially newly hired ones, will find it quite challenging to quickly adjust to the Customer Care department's as that department did not provide proper documentation to refer to and FAQs (frequently asked questions). iv. Filing System: The current document filing procedure is done manually. This may result in ineffective document management and retrieval. v. Collaboration: The business has never yet collaborated with any established company or foreign businesses, which limits its prospects for growth and recognition.
