Pros
None. It sounded very fascinating on paper, but in reality it is nothing as they say
Cons
The management is horrible. They only want people who will blindly follow whatever they are told to do. They love micromanaging and are extremely rude and will even yell at you.
There is no work life balance. They want people to work at minimum wage and work overtime as well. They set unrealistic deadlines with no planning and then blame their "team" for not meeting the deadlines. We are forced to work till 9 PM (atleast) and we even have to work on weekends. There is no culture in the workplace and it is pure chaos with management being the happy ones and screaming at everyone under them.
Salary is not even worth the 9-5, let alone overtime, working on weekends, and putting up with the management. The management is full of people who neither have technical skills, nor management skills. I don't know how they got the job
