      Pros

      It is a great place if you have plenty of work experience and very thick skin. Work life can only get better from here on and great job opportunities can await afterwards.

      Cons

      I can only agree with what some of the previous reviews have written. The place is filled with stressed people, mostly young professionals who are ambitious yet easily manipulated into working longer hours than they should have to. Evidently expertise is missing in conducting basic work flows, while upper level management is agreeing to contracts with clients that appear impossible to carry through with. A lot of sustainability consultancies oversell and promise too much, but having witnessed it first hand is truly awful as it is predominately effecting the young professionals as they are the ones having to come up with answers and work long hours. Upper management is unbelievably toxic. I feel bad for those who have recently joined and/or are hired fresh out of school.

      EU upper management is slow moving and sometimes does not align with american business pace

      Pros

      Fantastic culture, super collaborative and engaging environment even across teams/regions. Felt very supported and encouraged to learn and grow from day 1. Slack was a fantastic way to share ideas and build connections. Amazing work life balance. People were very passionate about sustainability. Platform was very user friendly and allowed CS team to act very independently and be creative. Workload was fine but other teams had a ton of clients and were overwhelmed.

      Cons

      Middle managers were very immature in their leadership roles, not very much experience handling team conflicts or time management. Very frustrating to deal with. Overall, US Leadership was very good, flexible, cared about their employees. US market growth was not strong, limiting career opportunities. Company leadership was not great at strategic planning and long term growth.
