      Pros

      Everyone has been amazing, after the 1st interview, I knew I wanted to work for PG, I believe in the company and journey and I gave up a job after ten years at a media group! I have had nothing but support, I am giving freedom and I am listened to and encouraged and I believe my career at PG will not only grow, but have amazing future scope for my career, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.

      Cons

      I can be honest and say there isn't. I am looking at some things that need sorting but I am facing them head on, see how processes can be streamlined, and tackling then. I see as an important challenge to make my colleagues lives easier in the places I represent. No cons.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture, super collaborative and engaging environment even across teams/regions. Felt very supported and encouraged to learn and grow from day 1. Slack was a fantastic way to share ideas and build connections. Amazing work life balance. People were very passionate about sustainability. Platform was very user friendly and allowed CS team to act very independently and be creative. Workload was fine but other teams had a ton of clients and were overwhelmed.

      Cons

      Middle managers were very immature in their leadership roles, not very much experience handling team conflicts or time management. Very frustrating to deal with. Overall, US Leadership was very good, flexible, cared about their employees. US market growth was not strong, limiting career opportunities. Company leadership was not great at strategic planning and long term growth.
