      Pros

      The company has a team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs and OTs making collaboration easy and effective. Everyone there is supportive of each other and you can tell that the owner, Margot, truly cares about all of her employees. The services provided are compassionate, neurodiversity affirming, and effective.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any cons. It is an amazing company to work for.

      Very little, sometimes lunch or coffee

      Cons

      The environment here is extremely clique. There’s very little support, especially if you have any prior experience. I reached out for help and was told “you should know this. It’s covered in the 40hr RBT training”. As a current BCBA, I would never treat a staff member the way I was treated particularly if they are struggling to support a clients aggression in the home. This place ruined ABA for me and I’m glad another company restored my love for it. Would not recommend

We are saddened to hear that you had such a difficult experience but happy to hear that you found an agency that aligned more with your personal vision/goals. This behavior that you explained above does not currently align with anything that we have in place. At this time, our current RBT training is 120-160 hours so I would imagine a lot has changed since you were an employee since a 40 hour training has not existed for many years. We provide free continuing education, active and ongoing support for our employees, and a buddy system that aims to decrease the development of coterie throughout the agency. The aforementioned behaviors in your review surrounding our environment do not, and have not, been something that has aligned with our culture and feedback model.
