      Pros

      HR and supervisors are very understanding about life circumstances and in general treat their employees well.

      Cons

      Working conditions can be very challenging (12 hours in 100+ degrees heat) Employees are expected to maintain production while most of their machinery is faulty. Problems are addressed very slowly.
