Pros
• You will learn a lot in a short amount of time about a wide range of topics. • The company is always looking to try new ideas and strategies, you will always be examining the newest social site or marketing tech to see if it works for your clients • If you can sell why you want to do something (why it would be good for the company or client) you're allowed to pursue it • Once client and internal work is done you're encouraged to work on side projects that will help grow the business or at least generate some cool buzz • They take a chance on people without a lot of experience and there's a lot of fresh perspectives and new ideas that come from that. It also means that there's some high turnover but as someone who came in with a short resume, I appreciate being given the chance to grow • We don't settle for accepting what worked yesterday as what will work today
Cons
• It's a company that grew fast in a short time so some structural issues need to be worked out still • Sometimes our need to stay on top of the fast-changing industry means we can't refine everything as we would like, I would like to see as much of a balance as we can get in this crazy ad world
