The entire time you are there, you fear for your position and have to suffer constant backstabbing and childish bickering that ultimately leaves you feeling sick at the end of most working days. To top it off the hire and fire culture is extremely volatile here - testament to this - I was called on my holiday, told to resign from my position or be fired for failing probation....... the day before my probation was due to end!!!!!!!
