Excellent pay, great benefits, great team with a lot of experience. Management is doing a great job building an excellent culture here. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other but also not step on each others toes. The CEO clearly loves what he does and does everything he can to make the company and it's employees successful. He even called me personally when they extended my offer letter. On top of all of this, Power-Flo is a very diverse group of companies with one of the most impressive collection of value add offerings I have ever seen in my time in the automation and control industry.

No CRM systems like salesforce. Having one would make organization and keeping tabs on opportunities and pipeline much easier. It isn't the end of the world but it would be super helpful.

Extremely friendly coworkers While obviously deadlines do exist, I never feel particularly under pressure to finish a project in time. Obviously this is just a job but my time spent with my managers has come to feel like extended family. I've never had a job quite like this one.
