Pros
Most employees at EnterSolar are very driven and knowledgeable. It's easy to feel like your colleagues are working towards a common good on the daily. There's a lot of opportunity for education and training, social discussions (despite everything being virtual due to COVID), and professional development. The company recently underwent a corporate change and its heading in an even better direction.
Cons
As mentioned above, EnterSolar is heading towards greener pastures, but currently you can feel the growing pains as we try to bridge process gaps and improve efficiency amongst the departments. Previous to the transaction, there has been historic disorganization. Process improvement is necessary - but it's being worked on. Lastly, compensation (including benefits) could be better.
