Pros

I enjoyed my time at Powermaster. As an Engineer, there’s so many opportunities to learn and grow independently and even as a team. The team is young and dynamic. The top tier management is fully supportive when it comes to investing in new products and development of existing products. New ideas are always welcomed.

Cons

I won’t say this as a con because since the company is going through a momentum shift, as the company is growing very fast, employees should be more aware about their own responsibilities : time to time reporting to the management is a must in order to be taken into proper account.

Pros

I worked on multiple ad hoc projects which gave me a plethora of opportunities to develop my skillset. Great exposure available to all aspects of business if you're proactively eager to learn. Overall the experience was more than satisfactory but here are some pro's and cons for you to weigh: Pros: 1. Great exposure to multiple verticals of business 2. Lucrative compensation packages if you are confident of what you bring to the table. 3. Top-level management is open minded and welcomes new ideas and experiments. 4. Jolly and helpful coworkers if you are engaging yourself.

Cons

However, like every other place, here are some cons : 1. Gloomy workplace; definitely needs a revamp. 2. Company lacks a good admin and HR dept. Things take very long but you keep pushing enough(which I did alot!) you can get your requests completed. 3. The primary issue for a poor employee satisfaction would be the lower level and middle level management. However, if you are valiant enough to go over and express your issues to the top management you work a way out to get your issues addressed. 4. Colleagues are a stagnantly comfortable with the old regime and thus a resistance for new ideas is often observed.
