      Decent starting pay and good benefits

      Bad management. The job description they have on paper is no where near what the job requires and the management has no idea how to do the job. When you ask them a question they tell you to call Pima county and ask them!

      The students. The Superintendent seemed accessible.

      School leadership and PPEP Inc. CEO. No support and expects kids and teachers to bow to every whim.
