Pros

As a professional services engineer you will have the opportunity to work alongside extremely smart engineers and work for very interesting clients. If your goal is to learn bleeding edge offensive security techniques, then Praetorian is the place for it. You will never be bored.

Cons

- CEO's questionable decision making. - Leadership shuffles. - Consultants are over-booked and rarely have overhead time. - Compensation fair, but no long term upside for stock.

Pros

Tons of freedom to design, build, and experiment. You’ll work alongside some of the smartest and most capable people in offensive security. The work is fast-paced, creative, and constantly pushes you to improve. If you want to learn and grow quickly, this is the place.

Cons

It’s a pressure cooker. The pace is nonstop, priorities change constantly, and leadership often feels unsure of what direction to take. You’ll be asked to do a lot, often with shifting goals and little clarity. Burnout is common.
