Pros

- My position is entirely remote (with optional travel), so I can finagle my work schedule around my life and not the other way around. - The culture supports employees rather than maximized productivity. No, really. Because who knew that supporting your people would automatically lead to better productivity? - Leadership prioritizes the next steps in providing for the team (full-time status, vacation, parental leave, etc). - You're encouraged to USE said vacation time.

Cons

- We're a little weird. We dance (if we want to) on Zoom every week. - We're growing, which means things are fast-paced and sometimes last-minute meetings/tasks come up. - With work being remote, you need to manage yourself and your workload carefully to meet deadlines, pace yourself, and lowkey save a little space for anything last-minute.

Pros

- Amazing collaboration in a remote work environment. - Everyone REALLY knows what they're doing. There's no pressure to be a high-performer, but everyone absolutely is. The shared drive for success creates astonishing alignment across departments. - Deeply flexible work/life arrangements make being a person easy. - The entire team at Prajna operates with a deeply heartfelt approach to their work, their relationship, their performance, and the needs of their clients. - Remarkable healthcare and family leave benefits. - Leadership genuinely engages in the growth of their employees and the sense of care for staff is palpable. - 1 week per quarter PTO is a glorious perk and leadership ensures that you take that time to refresh and revitalize. - Staff is encouraged to express their feelings, both personal and professional, and the team (peers and leadership) are truly - Dance breaks!

Cons

- On a regular basis, there is enough work to last into the evening, but only if you elect to work that late. There is, however, no pressure to do so. - Typical start-up growing pains. It's a young company and continues to work on departmental alignment to the work because the org is growing so quickly. - No 401k program currently
