Broad product rang, lots of potential.

Having worked within the UK side of the business, it's clear that there is a significant disconnect between the Italian headquarters and the UK market. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of understanding from Italy regarding the unique demands and dynamics of the UK market, which has led to restrictions on the UK leadership’s ability to make critical decisions and drive the business forward. The UK team has strong potential and a clear vision for growth, but without the autonomy to act on local insights, progress is consistently hindered. If UK management were given greater control and trust, there’s no doubt the business would be in a much stronger position. As it stands, the lack of empowerment and support from central management has contributed to missed business opportunities, delays in delivery schedules, and occasional lapses in product quality – often caused by preventable errors. Pramac UK has a committed and capable team, but for the company to truly thrive, a more decentralised and market-responsive approach is urgently needed.
