Learning Scope - Only if you are pushing yourself and trying to achieve the deadlines without clear context and KT
Cons
1. If you are a 'new joinee', you will be asked to put up a +ve review on glassdoor within the first few days itself, (which they keep monitoring) and poking, stating that they are no 'new reviews' yet on their company page - Hence, you end up writing a positive review! (Who would want to spoil their image at the start, by being honest,) 2. Micro-management at its peak! 3. Instead of giving KT, they presume that you know everything 4. Regardless of managing everything on your own, no appreciation/recognitions are given, rather you will be piled up with deadlines! 5. They don't respect the Junior Devs. And Managers are free to treat them like slaves - ping them anytime - on weekends, leaves, 'birthdays', and what not! Work-life balance is a far beyond topic to be discussed for a company like 'Pratilipi' 6. There are many employees who hate the current environment, but a few or close to none actually speak up! Rather, they prefer to put on a fake smile instead. 7. The Tech Leads are unapproachable and the most arrogant ones in the organization. 8. Pinging again and again for putting up fresh +ve reviews on glassdoor is of no use, let those come up truly from the employees who actually wish to do it. 9. They blacklist an 'entire organization/university' if any prospect couldn't clear their interview rounds, which is pretty illogical, and hence your referrals seem useless.
