      Pros

      Nice coworkers. Good intentions from CEO.

      Cons

      Terrible Planning. Horrible communication between management and employees about what is expected and what is the feedback. One day you are getting all praises, and without notice you are demoted or fired. A lot of ego among management, except for the CEO. The moment the company becomes low in cash they just start writing people off and expand outsourcing. Do not plan your lige around this company.

      -Everyone at Praxent has been incredibly welcoming and approachable since day one. -There is a strong culture of support where asking questions is encouraged, and team members are always willing to help. -The onboarding and training process feels very collaborative, with leadership and teammates focused on helping you get up to speed at a comfortable and productive pace. -The company culture feels close-knit, and there is a genuine sense that everyone wants each other to succeed both personally and professionally.
