At times they give the lower performer too many chances (like the guy that left the 1 star review) - should have fired him earlier.

PreTalen uses a Bottom-up management approach. This allows all levels of the organization to become a part of the process and affords lower level employees the opportunity to be a part of changing processes that may not be working. This builds morale and improves productivity. The raises that are given at the end of every year are performance-based. If you perform well, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. On top of that, There is an annual bonus that is also very generous. They offer great benefits as well. There aren't very many companies out there where the CTO will outwork everyone in the company. This is one of them. On top of spending countless hours ensuring that all of the program managers are successful and dealing with customers he still finds time to sweep the floors once in a while to remind every one that he wouldn't ask anyone to do something that he wouldn't do.

I honestly cannot thing of one negative thing to say about working for this company.
