Pros

Pay was OK, nice EOY bonus and SOME peers.

Cons

No matter how much time and effort you put into this position it's not enough. You're literally insulted to make a point (or to make someone feel big). Ask during your interview what the turnover rate is on your position! Don't be fooled they let you slide the 1st month or 2 that's them setting you up for failure. The amount of gossip coming from upper MGT is INSANE. There is no trust and no peace at Precipart.
