Cons
Upper management is paid far too much, while revenue generating/hardworking employees are paid far too little. Old school management style with archaic views on how business should be run. They LOVE using scare tactics to get employees to do what they want. No trust in employees of good standing with years of experience. Employees are dropping like flies, leaving behind teams full of people that have no idea what they're doing. Not much room for career growth. No matter how hard you work or how successful you are, you will not get a raise unless you ask. Due to the amount of acquisitions, the product portfolio is EXTREMELY dense and siloed. It is difficult for employees and customers to fully understand what Precisely solutions can do. Sales teams are pretty disorganized and are unsure of what they are able to sell and who their targets are.
