Pros

Absolutely nothing unless you love dealing with nepotism, favoritism, racism, bullying, sub-zero IQ management with no skills.

Cons

Horrible environment. Production department suffers highest turnover while management suffers zero turnover. That says it all since management does literally nothing but leave early and contribute nothing but make stupid, pointless speeches just to meet their monthly quota of uselessness. Management insulates themselves with their personal friends to protect them from taking any blame for their lack of responsibility and leadership skills. The company will ensure that their friends can do anything they want because they will ALWAYS pass the blame onto production people. Management stupidly believes that no one knows about their failed backgrounds. Management wave their worthless personal awards around when the staff is well aware that they self nominated themselves for the awards since no one else (including their own family) would ever nominate them. The fact that people are quitting in droves and that management keeps stupidly sending a monthly poll asking how happy people are at work just shows how out of touch this management team is. Obviously, people are quitting because the company is a joke. They see through the phony facade that management portrays. Keep defending your fellow clowns and the mass exodus will continue. If you want to know about the true "success" of precisioneffect's management team, just look up the failed status of the agency IgniteHealth which these clowns once ran. That's all you need to know. If you're considering this company for agency work, I strongly recommend against it. You will regret meeting these professional idiots. Your IQ will drop 100 points just by listening to their mindless drivel.

Pros

Unlimited time off, flexibility in schedule, great culture within the PM department, fully remote work, opportunity to grow within the company through promotions every 2-3 years

Cons

Very low pay scale. 40-60K a year is hardly a livable wage anymore. Promotions can take longer than needed and everyone is basically just doing the same job, just some have a higher title/pay. The late nights can be brutal. Staying on past 11pm on a Friday night, with no overtime.
