Great support and mentoring from senior management Will continue to grow If you are up for a challenge and willing to work hard there is good growth potential. Good bonus scheme. Good compensation Would highly recommend to any motivated people just entering the Aerospace Industry.
Cons
Still a few of site general managers underqualified, working on the "its who you know" not "what you offer". They are being weeded out.
