Pros

-Small team that you get to know well. -Manufacturing is done on site so you get to know the product very well. -Diverse and interesting products. -Flat management structure. -Good pay for interns (at least while I was there).

Cons

-There were a ton of layoffs while I was there and I was not offered a full-time position at the end of my internship.

Pros

pay, benefits, and culture are good

Cons

Still wasn't on-boarded after nearly 6 months. No mentoring, left to figure it out on your own or fail. I ended up becoming a frustrated, unmotivated employee, not typical for me. Another disappointment was they sub out all 3D modeling and FEA analysis to India. Leaves a technical void, and results in a project engineer position instead of a mechanical engineer position.
