Cons
The entire management structure needs to be looked into. A business is only as successful as its leaders. The management was comprised completely of nepotism, arrogance, and egotistical individuals. Those individuals were more worried about throwing anyone and every one under the bus in order to save their own jobs. They stifled anyone who threatened their position instead of welcoming outside ideas and contributions or stole those ideas and presented them as their own. No one is ever safe and forget about going to HR to ask for help. Instead of standing up against harassment and keeping the best interest of employees in mind, HR abandoned their responsibility by purposely avoiding employees with credible concerns and complaints.
