Pros

Work-life balance is extremely important to the company, employees are allowed to use company products on personal vehicles, medical, dental and vision insurance are available after 90 days, paid training is provided, pay is appropriate for this area, other employees are generally very nice people that are all hardworking and smart. Recent changes to internal policies and procedures to be more inclusive, accomodating and upfront about expectations should prevent some of the industrywide high turnover going forward, in addtion to providing employees with more structure and organization in general.

Cons

This is a traditionally tough industry to recruit for anyway, and Covid certainly hasn't done that any favors. Turn over is high because people misinterpret the written job description, which is very thorough, despite someone being available to answer questions or help guide on site. Like any workplace, some employees are more receptive and coachable than others and some are more reliable than others.

Pros

Company prefers to promote from within whenever possible, so there's room for advancement and to learn other trades. Flexible schedules, fair pay, employees are trusted to work independently with little supervision.

Cons

Because it is a smaller company that is still growing, some hybrid positions are necessary, but I don't consider this a con and I believe it's typical with small growing companies.

Pros

Great environment, laid back, friendly, chance to make decent money depending on many factors such as amount of cars that come in, and the speed of which they get detailed

Cons

Slow days are really slow, so you can't make much money, paid off commission, or hourly, depending on which is greater. Saturdays are a must, sometimes? Communication is kind of bland. No PTO as of now
