Pros
It's rare for a security company to care about it's employees the way Precision cares. If you are assigned to a site with a set schedule you are golden. Show up do your job and go home. If you are called for extra shifts or coverage you can say no and it's never held against you.
The owners of the company are amazing and work shifts themselves and never act like they are better than you. What other company do you have the owners phone numbers and can call if there is a problem? The admin staff HR, recruiting, and others truly help you how ever they can. To the point they are bending over backwards to make something more convenient for you.
With a majority of companies requiring your own gear. They issue you everything you need to do the job minus pants and boots. Brand new firearm, holster, belt, pouches, handcuffs.
Over all it's a good company to work for and they want you to succeed in life and understand that means people will quit. There is also a ton of mobility. If you want another site or a Supervisor position opens up, simply throw your name in the hat and they will career path you to that position.
Cons
Their are cons to this company. Some are bigger than others and generally are addressed quickly.
Some supervisors are not like upper management and try to get you to work every single open shift and then treat you horribly if you say no. They tend to get rained in quickly "IF" people speak up.
Uniforms are restrictive and hot.
There are times when time off isn't allowed and you get shafted. I do think that is every company around the holidays though, especially security.
Benefits could be better.
No PTO, again normal for security companies.
