They give you alot of responsibility and accountability and plenty of support and training you need to succeed. Pay is based on merit not just age or experience. They are happy to accommodate telecommuting

Whenever a bad review for this company gets posted the owner begs employees to submit fake reviews with 5 star ratings to lessen the blow to their score for a bad review.
