Pros
Good health benefits, decent amount of cash, they pay for your tolls, they pay you for your drive time(if they send you to another facility that's not your home base), good coworkers.
Cons
They don't guaranty 40 hours per week (It could be less or it could be more), no places to move up in the company, you do a lot of travel with your own personal car(They do not pay for gas for your car), each department has it in for each other (there's some exceptions, but most people tend to point finger instead of owning up to something they did) and they have thing mentality that your going to be on call on your free days (they'll straight up call you to work or they'll say don't come in for work today, this will happen a couple of hours or an hour before a shift). This prevents you from having even a little work life balance.
