Cons
Prefix accomplishes great things in short time periods. This can create work/life balance issues. The most successful team members are those who can establish healthy personal boundaries and communicate these boundaries. Unfortunately, this can be hard for some people, and they end up leaving disgruntled. Also, just based on its size, and focus on long-term growth, there will always be some measure of peaks and valleys of work.
