Pros
Small team, family culture. Mike, Sally, & Nik are good people and have your back to the best of their ability when something happens outside of your control. (In my experience, medical issues) Sally always makes you feel like part of something more, especially when it is your birthday or your start date anniversary. She does her best to make us feel like we are more than a number. Mike always compliments a job well done and thanks us everyday for the hard work. On the flip side, he doesn't belittle you if you make a mistake but he does expect the mistake to be fixed to the best of your ability. Nik (supervisor) does a great job at keeping everything on track and working with you to make sure we all keep up with our responsibilities. He will help whenever he can and point you in the right direction if he cannot. Overall, working at a smaller MSP has been rewarding in both knowledge and experience and I don't think I could of found better people to work with.
Cons
Lack of full benefit package. At peak times, it can be stressful but what job isn't (Especially in IT). The learning curve when first starting out with multiple clients, devices, software, and needs. It can feel overwhelming at first but after awhile it becomes second nature.
