Nice people, decent benefits but thats where it stops. hope you dont get placed with a bad manager.

your run of the mill 'family' owned company. success driven by nepotism and being apart of the club. if you cant make it in the club, dont think you will have any career progression. Hope you dont have a bad manager and god forbid you dont share theyre political beliefs. As conservative as it comes, almost allergic to progress. The office was a breeding ground for covid and sickness, and yet expected you to be on-site. poor management and no loyalty to employees. Again, if you arnt part of the club, just keep your head down and nod.
