Workload levels are way up there, but salaries are in the lower end with a lot of unpaid and uncompensated overtime, so the main way they have to keep talent is by coercion. There is some history of retaining yearly salary "increments" based on accepting and signing progresively more restrictive Non-Compete agreements that have actually been legally enforced.
Other than that... the management, (almost) all of it. Preh Inc's "President" is the worst human being I ever had the displeasure working with. Not only disrespectful, but condescending, and even nepotistic. The management also likes to bloat about being one of the "Coolest places to work", although this is mainly the product of a very good work environment between teammates by themselves.
