Pros

Most diehard employees are great but dwindling by jumping ship. Great place to work if you're a contractor.

Cons

No work life balance. Management needs major overhaul. Work you to death, literally. Used to be great company but after going public, went downhill fast. Company has no desire to retain talented, skilled workers. Everyone is replaceable. You will get told that contractors are waiting for your job as scare tactic. Premier drives by the book. All about numbers nothing more. You are not valued at all. Management believes anyone can do your job off the street.

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Pros

Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

Cons

The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
