Pros

Low work loads high pay and if you are willing to lie you will go far. I advanced quickly until I started speaking up against those stealing others work or lying in general.

Cons

Technically speaking huge security holes in the server department reported to management and instead of fixing it they wrote up the people who know about the holes because the only way to know about it would be “unethical”. Also entire departments robbing the company for paychecks for years performing no real work will also get you written up for reporting it as “unethical” as accepting pay for not working is wrong. Even if you offer ideas to your boss for possible work. Huge ethical violations like your boss sleeping with her managers while traveling are overlooked so it’s a very strange ethical gauge.

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Pros

Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

Cons

The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
