Pros

- Mission is good (if they can stick to it) - Leaders are great at sales

Cons

- Comp not worth it, particularly for high performers who are often over-loaded and burned out. - Execs out of touch with how business is run and consistently punish staff who try to do the right thing for their members. Very few Premier leaders understand basic operations. - Critical resources being redirected to sales and other areas to make money; this is very bad for Premier's customers (who need to reduce costs, not spend more money)

Pros

The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

Cons

Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

Pros

Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

Cons

The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
