      Pros

      At first it seems in IT you can have a real impact on IT.

      Cons

      Poor pay, poor flex time. There is no work life balance. Most jobs are a one man show. Veteran employees are not encouraged to learn new things and they rest and vest while new people get worked into the ground. 70 hours a week is norm in IT.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Pros

      Really the best thing at Premier was the work force. Everyone is willing to teach and work collaboratively

      Cons

      The C Suite looks at numbers on a spreadsheet rather than employee longevity and contributions. Has had a RIF every year for the last 4 years, resulting in the elimination of very long term employees who contribute greatly to the company vision. Also, the chance for education and career growth is limited to certain roles only
