Weekly pay, good people, able to plan out your schedule outside of work
Cons
Not enough hours for semi truck drivers, big cut in routes assigned, competing with other drivers for F/T work when already full time, the payrate is definately low like minimum wage and could be better, managers don't keep their word with favoritism to pay higher wages to certain drivers of their choice more than you after 90 days
