      Pros

      You have the chance to work on interesting projects with real impact on patients' lives.

      Cons

      The salaries are really low compared to the same positions in other similar companies. You are required to make a lot of overtime in order to finish the work which is related to poor management. Taking time off can be a challenge. When you decide to leave the company they don't legalize it before it is convenient for them.

      Pros

      Remote work is a pro and the time off package is great

      Cons

      Too manu changes in management, employees don't stick around because pay is lower that industry standards and often not commiserate with work load. Low advancement opportunities and line management and operations teams are always on your back.
